Guidance Points on Completing a Registration on the APM Group Online Portal

RCB Registrations or Renewals

• For a form to be accepted it is a requirement to add the names of a minimum of 2 APMG/itSMF qualified ISO/IEC 20000 Auditors.
  
  
• APMG hold a List of Approved Auditors – to add suitably qualified people to this list, please contact APMG for details.
  
  

Pre-Registration Scope Review

• APMG offers a FREE service to review Scopes prior to registration.
  
  

Certified Organisation Registration

• The Scopes of all Certificates issued by RCBs are checked by the Technical Team before the certificate is published.
  
  
• Feedback on the scoping statement is provided by the Technical Team a maximum of three times. If the Scope has not been agreed after the three reviews, the registration application will be withdrawn and you will be charged for a Scope Review.
  
  
• If you wish to submit the registration application again, it will be considered as a New Registration and charged accordingly.
